First Visit
Please complete paperwork given at check-in. The paperwork allows our doctors to familiarize with your health history and condition(s) for which you are seeking care.
The doctor(s) will take the time to discuss the health concern that brought you to our office.
The doctor will examine you in order to evaluate your symptoms and to determine if the therapy you are seeking is appropriate in your case.
We will listen to any of your concerns from the simplest questions to the intense. We are there to address your health and wellness. No question is too small or silly. We will get to the root of the problem and not just treat the symptoms.
The doctor (s) will develop a personalized treatment plan for your condition. Please allow one hour for your first visit
Second Visit
The doctor will re-examine the condition in which you were seen for and discuss your condition with you since your last visit. Any adjustments to treatment plan and repeat visits will be discussed at this time.
Routine Visits
Treatment visits usually last 20 to 30 minutes or slightly longer depending on treatment.
Insurance
We accept most insurance plans. In many cases regarding insurance plans in which we do not participate, our fees are exceptionally reasonable. If your insurance has a co-payment we expect the co=payment at time of visit.
Payments
We accept major credit cards, cash, check and debit cards.
